Fixed Fee

Fixed Fee packages are generally for smaller scope engagements where customers get a bucket of hours to use how they choose. The scope of the hours is defined in general terms during the sales process to offer the customer the ultimate flexibility.

Custom SOW

A custom SOW can be created for more complex processes and solutions that will take more than ~100 hours. With a custom SOW the scope is very well defined so that the customer knows exactly what they will be getting when the engagement is complete.

Retainer / Managed Services

A retainer is for on-going solution enhancements, support, and training. This is best for customers that already have a solution in place but don't have the capacity to maintain the solution moving forward but still need help. These agreements usually start at 6 month min.
