Implementation

The agreed implementation plan, including time frames and key deliverables and deadlines, will guide the implementation process. Although Smartsheet is an online, cloud-based application, our experience indicates that clients generally prefer a level of technical assistance to ensure that hardware is correctly configured to run Smartsheet. Our technical experts interact with the client’s IT team to ensure that Smartsheet runs optimally.

Training

Smartsheet offers a very user-friendly interface. Many clients prefer bespoke training, either one-on-one or in group settings. ACH provides this service.

Support

In addition to the initial support during the implementation phase, clients may require ongoing support to ensure optimal use of all Smartsheet functionalities.
